Malabi with strawberry confiture

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 spoonful of cornflour
  • Strawberry confiture

Preparation

  • Boil the milk, cream and sugar in a pot
  • Add the cornflour diluted with a little cold milk and cook until thickened.
  • Filter, pour into glasses and leave 2 cm of space from the rim of the glass.
  • Refrigerate until set – about 3 hours.
  • Pour an even layer of Strawberry confiture and serve.
