Vanilla muffins

Vanilla muffins

Ingredients

  • 280 grams of white sugar.
  • 220 grams of flour.
  • 10 grams of baking powder.
  • 120 grams water/milk.
  • 180 grams of eggs (about 3 eggs in a large size).
  • 160 grams of oil.
  • 5 grams of vinegar.
  • 5 grams of vanilla extract.
  • Your favorite Anvey Zion confiture/spread (it can be strawberry, apricot, blueberry,  mixed berries, plum, and more or hazelnut and cocoa spread, white chocolate flavored spread, salty sweet pretzel spread, and more)

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the Confiture or spread) in one bowl until you get a smooth mass.
  • Pour up to 3/4 of the height into a well-greased muffin tin.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 20 minutes until the muffins are springy to the touch.
  • After baking and cooling the muffins, sprinkle them with Your favorite Anvey Zion confiture/spread.
