Tiramisu
Croissant filled with Anvey Zion confiture or pread
Ingredients
- Yeasted Puff dough ready to use from the supermarket
- Cornflour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of strawberry confiture or any other flavored confiture you like
- The confiture can also be replaced with one of the Anvei Zion spreads (hazelnut and cocoa spread, or white chocolate flavored spread, or salty sweet pretzel spread, etc.)
Preparation
- Place the yeasted Puff dough on a floured surface so that it does not stick
- Cut the dough into rectangles and cut each rectangle into triangles
- You take a confiture or a spread that you like (for every 100 grams of confiture or spread, add a spoonful teaspoon of cornflour)
- Sprinkle some of the mixture in the center of each triangle we made and roll from the base of the triangle towards the vertex
- Place in a pan lined with baking paper with the top facing down
- Cover with a towel and let it rise until the croissant doubles in volume.
- Brush the croissant with a beaten egg
- Bake in an oven preheated to 90 degrees turbo for about 16 minutes
