The products : Candied grapefruit, orange and lemon peels cut in cubical shape in 6*6*6 mm and 4*4*4 mm size, in natural, red, green, orange and mixed colors. Candied grapefruits peels in natural color, cut into strips. Candied cherries, with or without syrup.

Advantages: The product is highly resistant in baking and freezing process, does not moisten the dough and does not change its color

Applications : It is recommended as an addition and decoration for various pastry products, mainly English cakes and muffins. The peels strips are especially suitable for chocolate glazing.

Advantages: Semi candied fruits have natural and especially juicy flavor; they do not freeze in low temperatures, and are resistible to the baking process.

Applications : It is highly recommended to use semi-candied fruits for scattering in stirred cakes, decorating cakes and as an addition to ace cream.

Recommended fruits : apple, peach, cherry and strawberry.
